GBS Sales Pricing Analyst - Decatur, IL

Position Summary:
The Pricing Administrator will be responsible for calculating and maintaining sales contract pricing and controls for North America Corn Sweetener & Starch. The role involves working directly with sales teams, customers, and other support teams to ensure high quality service levels.
Job Responsibilities:
Some of the key responsibilities for this role will include:Calculate sales contract pricing based on parameters and inputs set by commercial managersCalculate and reconcile toll contract proforma pricing and settlement calculationsCalculate customer rebatesEnter toll sales contracts in contracting systemCommunicate contract pricing, settlements and rebates to customer service, sales managers, and customersSummarize and communicate settlements and rebates to accountingSummarize and communicate key contract pricing metrics for commercial managersCoordinate processing of settlements and rebates due to/from customersAnalyze and resolve pricing issues with customers, in collaboration with credit and sales teamsOther related duties or special projects as assignedSkills & Competencies:Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environmentHigh level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksAbility to interact in a consistently professional and positive manner with various internal and external personnel, while enforcing process and controlsAbility to communicate in clear and concise mannerProficient in Microsoft Office programsKnowledge of ADM NA applicable systems used for sales contracts and invoicing is preferredJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, analytical, or agriculture related field required3-5 years of business experience, minimumExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
