What You’ll Do • Takes incoming calls, emails, and instant messages from warehouse customers to deliver goods with customized solutions. • Order Placement & Tracking + Make sure all orders are processed within SLA. + Prioritize Specialty Accounts. Monitor the parts from pickup to delivery + Proactively monitors orders to avoid delays + Fix delayed orders to avoid further issues + Ensure all orders are delivered on time Your Skills • Customer focused, service/detail oriented, able to multi-task and make decisions that help serve our customer’s goals. • Should be problem solvers, able to troubleshoot urgent situations and provide custom transportation solutions. • Representative can be called on to identify problems with existing transportation orders and get the shipment moving to the correct destination quickly.
