This GBS Intelligent Automation Engineer will focus on the development and testing of automations as a part of GBS intelligent automation center of excellence, along with the maintenance and management of automations across all regions.
Automation includes:

RPAMacros (VBA)Power queriesAIMachine learningChatbotsPower AutomatePowerAppsAnd other technology

The role will be responsible for development, testing and maintenance of automations across the all regions, initially within the Global Business Services.

This role will also be responsible on developing automations for mid to high -complexity projects. 

As such, the key duties will include:
 

General Responsibilities:

Adhere to the automation rules, standard procedures and best practices of center of excellence.Responsible for enforcing and execution of ITGC Controls for automation

Developer:Contribute on the creation of the solutions detailed documentation of processes to be automated.Responsible for automation development for mid to high-complexity automationsResponsible for creation of BOT operator protocols and BOT user manualsResponsible for creating the release logs and change logs.Responsible for the maintenance of live automations Supports during user acceptance test phaseSupports during the hyper-care phase and during the handover to operationsImplements change requirements as part of a structured change control process

Tester\Controller:Responsible with the creation of test casesResponsible for execution of internal TestingResponsible for execution of functional TestingResponsible for execution of regression TestingResponsible for leading user acceptance TestingResponsible for monitoring of live automations on the production environmentResponsible for automation utilization/efficiency and schedule monitoring in production environment.Responsible for managing of incidents1st level of automation production supportPerforms as point of contact in case of incidents and coordinates them to proper channelResponsible for proactive communication to customer in case of incidents, downtimes etc.Manually triggering of automation processes

Qualifications and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in a computer, accounting or business field5+ years of working experience in software development or any automation related field3+ years practical experience in delivering RPA automations, ideally in a finance shared services environment.High level experience on using excel including practical experience in using macros and power queries.Ideally have an experience working in a finance shared services environment.UIpath certification/experienceRPA or any automation experienceExperience in working with ERPsHas experience in production support, and incident management.Practical project experience within process improvement, process standardization or process automation projects.Good English skills with the ability to clearly communicate both verbally and writing technical concepts to non-technical staff.
