Design, develop, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards for Finance and Procurement processes, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.Lead the end-to-end KPI scorecard publication process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery according to established cycles.Collaborate closely with GBS performance and finance leaders to gather performance updates, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and analyze variances against targets and historical trends.Drive meaningful root cause analysis, working together with process owners and continuous improvement teams to uncover key drivers and areas for action.
