As the GBS Fuse Functional Business Analyst, Senior Associate (J060), you will play a key role in planning and delivering solutions for Pfizer’s Global Business Services deployment of ServiceNow, supporting the Fuse product journey. Fuse serves as the centralized destination for business support, providing colleagues with seamless access to data, resources, and services. We are seeking a collaborative, forward‑thinking team member who is passionate about leveraging technology to solve problems.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Work as part of Fuse Product squads to develop project and iteration timelines based on business needs and support the on-time, in-scope delivery of solutions.Work directly with various Digital and GBS Business Owners to help define and communicate as-is and to-be business processes within the ServiceNow HRSD module.Translate business requirements into clear acceptance criteria and develop well-structured user stories that support Agile backlog planning.Support the design and development of Fuse User solutions, proactively identify watch items and risks while providing recommendations during user story and backlog grooming sessions.Contribute feedback during Digital show back demonstrations.Partner with the Testing team to conduct thorough testing as needed and collaborate with the Digital team to support automated testing framework needs for the squad.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or an affiliated field.3-5 years of experience designing and implementing custom or SaaS solutions.Working experience with Agile development methodology.Knowledge of corporate enterprise systems.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Foundational knowledge of ServiceNow.Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.Demonstrated ability to produce positive outcomes working in matrixed teams that span multiple functions.Hands on Service Delivery and Operations experience.Able to work in ambiguous situations as part of a project team.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Self-motivated and flexible with the ability to work effectively and independently in a dynamic problem-solving environment.Innovative mindset with strong delivery-oriented values.Ability to make sound decisions to resolve complex issues.NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Occasional additional hours in the evening or weekends as necessitated by workload, project timelines, or meetings with global vendors and peers.
