Customer Service Representative is also responsible to follow up customer's inquires for offering quick and accurate resolution **Responsibilities:** + Handle customer pick up calls, tracking, tracing inquiries, Import and Export inquiries, with objective to provide quality telephone customer service. + Provide support on service guarantees, price quotation, service/product information , export shipments exception + Follow up customer's inquires for offering quick and accurate resolution. + Handling customer complaints in professional manner + Responds to customer queries to ensure timely manner to support customer satisfaction. **Qualifications:** + Minimum college or University Diploma/Degree or related discipline + Good command of English + Customer Focus + Computer Literate + Excellent communication skills + Positive and able to work well in a team with excellent interpersonal skill + Ability to demonstrate initiative and determination in a professional manner + Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment **Working Hours:** + 40 hours a week (Mon to Fri 09:00-18:00 / Break 12:00-13:00) **Location:** 94-3, Mullae-Ro, Youngdeungpo-Gu, Seoul **社員タイプ:** 常勤 UPSは、差別、ハラスメント、報復のない職場を提供することにコミットしています。
