GBPD ONBOARDING ANALYST

Position Purpose:

The Private Brands Onboarding Analyst supports the Product Development Team (PDM, APDM, and Category Manager). The Analyst facilitates all aspects of product onboarding (JDE, IDM, Flex) and supplier compliance in their assigned department or category. This individual will ensure the execution of work in an efficient, reliable, and accurate manner.  This associate will ensure data quality is never compromised by evaluating information entered into the system, identifying errors and making recommendations to the business leader on ways to solve. This role will also communicate regularly to business partners and leaders regarding processes they have identified as areas of the business that need improvement.  The Analyst will work with various cross functional partners, including, quality, engineering, and compliance teams to complete onboarding and continually seek ways to improve the process and reduce lead time.

Key Responsibilities:

10% - Communication to Stakeholders - Communicate issues and roadblocks to business leaders related to their area of responsibility.10% - Documentation Process - Update documentation to reflect needed improvements and changes that have been identified through their analysis.50% - Facilitate Onboarding - Facilitate onboarding activities, including evaluating data, ensuring data quality is accurate and making recommendations to leaders when inaccuracies are found.30% - Process Improvement - Process improvement by interpreting data to identify areas of the business to improve and making recommendations to leaders to support their strategic decision making.

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
