Global Banking & Markets: Change Management
The Global Banking & Markets Change Management Team is searching for dedicated individuals who thrive in a collaborative and challenging environment to join our team. Global Change Managers serve as program or project managers on high priority initiatives within the Global Banking & Markets Division. You will work alongside front to back teams to ensure solutions are designed and implemented across the portfolio. You will leverage your technical expertise and project management skills to influence and drive working groups to deliver these complex projects on time, within budget and with high quality.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's Degree7+ yearsâ relevant experience, in a Project / Program management function; must have Finance Industry experience.Strong project management skills; Manages front to back lifecycle of a project including scoping, defining a plan and deliverables, risk and issue management, status reportingA proven track record of scoping and driving delivery of projects. Has delivered results in a cross functional team setting, on time and to budgetExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral; confident in interaction with senior stakeholdersExtensive leadership experience demonstrated through empowerment, situational awareness, increasing transparency and conflict resolution on a large-scale programAbility to engage with and influence stakeholders outside their direct controlStrategic thinker who can identify cross functional issues, provide innovative solutions, and communicate the implications of solutions across existing processes, systems and teams, e.g. costs, risk, serviceMust be hands-on, able and willing to work with teams while coaching them to reach efficient and effective performance levels
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Related experience in technology strategy or in a client service or business function and / or management consultingCore knowledge base of Global Banking & MarketsDemonstrate understanding of Financial Services & Operations processes and proceduresKnowledge of automated testing tools and frameworksExperience with tools like JIRA and Confluence or similar applicationsKnowledge of OKR frameworks and roadmapsABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS
