About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gatehouse Coordinator to support operations at a busy logistics facility in Pitt Meadows, BC. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for drivers and visitors, ensuring that all traffic entering and exiting the site is processed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound truck traffic at the gatehouse. Verify driver and load documentation, ensuring compliance with site procedures. Check drivers in and out, issuing required passes or access credentials. Communicate with dispatch, warehouse, and operations teams to coordinate vehicle flow. Maintain accurate records of all gatehouse activity.
Qualifications & Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computer systems and data entry tools. Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
