Gas Measurement Business Driver (m/f) – place of work Zagreb, Croatia
We are looking for a results-driven individual to drive and accelerate the development and expansion of the Gas Measurement business at Endress+Hauser International across the Europe region (EUS).
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities:
Supporting a region by generating Sales of service contracts and instruments for Gas MeasurementDevelop opportunities on a regional (multiple country) but also local levelGenerate lead and work closely together with local External Sales Engineers, Sales and Service Team Leaders when they have identified and qualified a lead for the relevant product portfolioSupport the preparation proposal process by supplying relevant dataCreate the awareness of benefits/importance of sales of Service Contracts and be accountable for related objectivesAnalyze the competitors and partners landscape and bring proposals for extending the businessWorking together with internal stakeholders to line up a successful win of proposalDevelop Customer base
Skills/Experience/Education/Other:
Language skills: good knowledge of English is mandatory, Croatian or/and additional eastern Europe languages is an advantageEducational background: Bachelor of Science, chemical is an advantageStrong leadership personality that can lead without authorityStrong business development acumenCustomer oriented with outside-in thinkingKnowledge of consultative sales approachesNegotiation and presentation skillsExperience in Gas Measurement industry is an advantageExperience in relevant fields (sales, business development) is an advantageWillingness to travel (up to 50% of working time in the Region)
