GAP Sales Supervisor - London

Your role

As a key part of the leadership structure, you'll act as a mentor to team members, lead by example and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.

 

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with energy and has a passion for developing others. You’ll take the ownership of assigned operational areas, support functional tasks, and help create a positive high-performance team culture.

 

To be a successful Store Supervisor at GAP you will:

Support and step in for management when needed to ensure smooth operations Act as a role model to the team and support driving performances and behaviors  Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and customer loyalty Take accountability for assigned tasks and areas of expertise  Help maintain store standards, productivity and visual presentation Train, coach and support the team members in building skills and confidence Contribute to sales goals through suggestive upselling, and exceptional service Support store openings, closings and general store functional duties

 

About you:

At least 6 months of strong retail experience (supervisory or team lead experience is a plus) A natural communicator who builds trust and motivates others Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a great service  A proactive problem solver with strong organisational skills Leads with integrity and models brand values at all times Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
