WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

You don’t need mining experience. What you do need is:

A positive attitude and drive to learn new skillsA safety-first mindset and willingness to follow rules that protect you and your teamCommitment to finish the program and give every rotation a red-hot crackThe ability to work well with different people and personalitiesA provisional driver’s licence (manual preferred – let’s talk if this is a challenge)Flexibility to adapt to different rosters (including shift work, weekends, nights)Willingness to complete standard pre-employment checks
