Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Gaming Shift Supervisor to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. In this thrilling location and endless opportunities to provide exceptional guest experience, you will never have a dull day on the job. As a Gaming Shift Supervisor, you will be overseeing the gaming department operations and team members, ensuring superior guest service is being provided, and rules and procedures are followed. You will also be acting as the manager on duty for the overall operation of the video lottery gaming facility. 

Pay $25.00 - $25.44 / hour

What will you do?Ensure adequate staffing by monitoring guest volume and wait timesConduct team member hiring, training, development, performance reviews, and corrective counselingSupervise authorization for jackpot payouts in compliance with state and company regulations, policies, and procedures, and investigate and resolve guest issuesSupervise work through planning and scheduling of work assignments and performance developmentWork closely with all departments to ensure that the operation is running efficiently and effectively
