General Summary:

Job Overview :

Drive performance and power optimization across system components to ensure efficient resource utilization and improved user experience.Analyze and tune CPU architecture behavior, focusing on scheduling strategies and CPU/GPU/NPU/Bus Dynamic Clock and Voltage Scaling (DCVS).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for performance improvements.Work closely with GPU teams to optimize graphics performance and ensure balanced CPU/GPU workloads.Develop tools and methodologies for performance profiling, benchmarking, and regression analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years working experience in semiconductor field or embedded software development.-1+ yeas working experience in performance and power optimization on Android platform.Above master degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Understand ASM/C language and Call stackC /C++, python and JAVA programming skillsBe familiar with ARM CPU architectureBe familiar with CPU schedule, CPU DCVS/GPU DCVSBe familiar with Android framework/Linux OS kernel.Understand system hardware/software architecture on mobile platformsFamiliarity with GPU architecture and performance tuning is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience in ARM based low-level SW developmentExperience with mobile platform and SDK development on Android or LinuxOpensource development experienceARM processors and/or embedded software development on mobile devicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skillsIndependent and motivated problem solverFluent in English language both written and verbal.

Minimum Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
