**Position summary:** This role provides the oversight of the Analysis & Operation function within Stryker GAMA department, purpose to fulfill the business demand and obtain operation excellence on national medical insurance code application, government tender, billing code pricing and reimbursement application. In addition, this role needs to support department head on general operation, event management and budget management. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities:** _(Detailed Description)_ + Diligent on leading process management and daily management towards government tender projects in China, including policy interpretation, information collection, data analysis, competitive insights generation and government submission (30%) + Work with GAMA team and related commercial teams to enhance the cross-functional communication and collaboration on market access projects.
