Key responsibilities:

Responsibility of entire production department operation of Panoli site

Preparation of monthly production planning based on the Captive and Marketing RFC

Review of production activity as per monthly production planning for all plants

Co-ordination with other departments (RM store, Engineering Department, Quality Control and Quality Assurance) for smooth operation of all plants.

Review and approval of all department quality related documents (Change Control, incident, CAPA, SOP) for all plants

Co-ordination with PPIC department for timely dispatch of products

Ensuring preventive maintenance, qualification and validation activity performed as per defined schedule in all plants

Responsible for Assessment or Approval of all Documents in absence of Site Head

Conducting Customer Audits in the plants

Preparation of Monthly Production Report

Ensuring Compliance of EHS and c-GMP inside all plants

Ensuring Proper Housekeeping inside all plants

Imparting training of SOPs to all subordinates

To review & Approval of Devotion for equipment

Change Control/ Devotion review and approval in track wise

Technology transfer and implementation for new molecules

LMS activity

Operation of electronic system like SAP HANA, Leave Portal (Metis), etc.

MSC/BE/BTech Chemical

Experience

Tenure:  15 to 20 Years
