We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives. 

 

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, G33 Mission Command Support Branch (MCSB) Mission Partner (MP) Lead/Project Manager, SME. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 USAREUR-AR - Mission Partner G33 MCSB located in Wiesbaden, Germany.  This position is located OCONUS. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Single point of contact for USAREUR-AF G33 Mission Command Support Branch (MCSB) requirements; responsible and accountable for contractual and technical performance 

Provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the engineering and service delivery of the multiple complex intelligence engineering solutions for G33 MCSB, including support for transition-in 

Provides overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel, including subcontractors, assigned to the G33 MCSB services team, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall performance of G33 MCSB requirements 

Collaborates with the Mission Modernization and Innovation Team (M2IT) to tailor EMITS 2 standardized processes and procedures to meet G33 MCSB requirements 

Possesses and applies configuration and operations knowledge of C2 systems (e.g., Global Command and Control System – Joint (GCCS-J), GCCS-Army, Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS)), data quality, and data management strategies  

Manages complex IT and communication systems projects assigned by either the PM, MP Lead, or the Government, including project requirements, scope, budget, schedule, and performance in support of the USAREUR-AF EMITS 2 program 

Manages mission system services, including lifecycle management, engineering, integration, and sustainment of required systems and ensured connectivity 

Develops project planning schedule that addresses the strategy, logistics, and resources required to successfully complete IT and communication system projects, including project Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and schedules that identify key project milestones and provide critical path information 

Manages projects in accordance with the EMITS 2 Program Management Plan, including risk and communications management, and quality management 

Develops and manages a procurement strategy that processes required Requests to Initiate Purchase (RIPs) in a timely manner and has the required export licensing and international transportation to ensure required supplies are available at the right time and right place 

Monitors, adjusts, and reports on the PP&P project portfolio performance, budget, and schedule and provides interim progress reviews to the Government on an as-needed basis 

Assists with proposing, implementing, and enforcing Government policies, standards, and methodologies and is responsible for either developing or supervising the preparation of studies, reports, and acquisition documents 

Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments 

Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives 

Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge 

Supervises a team of 34 to 48 personnel  

Qualifications: 

Required:  

Currently hold an adjudicated Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance /SCI 

BA/BS +13 years recent experience 

Certification - Approved DoD 8140 cyber-related certification 

Demonstrates extensive experience in military IT project management, with expertise in complex systems, preferably C2 platforms like GCCS-J, GCCS-Army, and JADOCS.  

Possesses comprehensive knowledge of government procurement processes, export licensing, and international logistics for mission-critical systems.  

Exhibits strong leadership skills, capable of directing large teams, managing subcontractors, and overseeing multiple high-impact assignments simultaneously.  

Excels in developing and implementing project management strategies, including risk assessment, quality assurance, and adherence to government policies and standards.  

Showcases proficiency in creating detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and critical path analyses for complex intelligence engineering solutions.  

Displays mastery in stakeholder communication, providing regular progress updates and collaborating effectively with various teams and government entities in a military or government environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$126,100 - 277,300 USD
