Future Payload Capabilities Aerospace Engineer
**Job Description** BAE Systems is looking for a qualified Aerospace Engineer to join our team in support of Program Acquisition for the future reentry capabilities. We re seeking an Aerospace Engineer to assist in the development and evaluation of requirements for design of various aerodynamic parts and surfaces. The advancement of technical skills and analysis capabilities are emphasized while producing high-quality products and effectively supporting the government customer. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to shape the development and deployment of our nation s newest re-entry vehiclethe national security critical backbone of our nuclear deterrent capability. A successful candidate is creative, flexible, and comfortable handling diverse and sometimes conflicting priorities. Job location will be at Hill AFB, Utah. \#ASFS **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + B.S. degree in engineering, or related field. + At least 4 years of progressive technical experience or 2 years with a Masters Degree. + Must possess and maintain a Secret Security Clearance and be SAP eligible. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience with ICBM Weapon Systems. + Familiarity with program management principles, including cost, schedule, and performance assessment. + Familiarity with development or evaluation of requirements + Experience with DoD acquisition programs. + Current Top Secret clearance **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $77814 - $132283 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
