Previous automotive parts experience.Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systemsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsBasic computer skills: dealership software experience is a plusDependable, organized, and team-orientedHigh School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. The California pay range for this position is $44,331.00- $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits.
