About the Future in Progress: Future Leaders program 

Our 36-month program is designed for bold thinkers and ambitious professionals ready to experiment, introduce new ideas, and lead change that spans borders. Through two high-impact rotations, you’ll create transformative solutions while learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry. As you progress, you’ll build strong connections with senior leadership and a vibrant alumni community, all committed to accelerating your development and amplifying your influence.

Gain business fluency: Dive into PMI’s home market operations for a comprehensive understanding of our commercial landscape, ongoing transformation efforts, and key priorities.

Who Can Apply? 

We’re searching for accomplished, forward-thinking professionals who thrive in complexity, take ownership, and are eager to shape the future. To be eligible for the Future in Progress: Future Leaders Program, you should have: 

A Master’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferable). 

No less than 6 years of post-graduation professional experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders. 

Proficiency in English and German; additional proficiency in French is an advantage.

Legal right to work in Europe and in the country of application (without sponsorship). 

Willingness and ability to relocate internationally during the program. 

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making. 

Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges. 

Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments. 

Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas. 

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions.
