**ABOUT THE ROLE:**
Honeywell has a top tier, proven development program for Accounting and Finance Graduates. Our Future Finance Leader’s Program is a comprehensive program that combines senior leadership interaction and cross-business experience with real situations to work on important projects and initiatives. You will receive formal training opportunities, coaching, mentoring and networking to support your professional development and prepare you for a career within corporate finance at Honeywell. You will also gain exposure to multiple business lines and related responsibilities.
Potential candidates have the opportunity to participate in three 18 months development rotations from across Honeywell’s Finance organization choosing from: **Business Finance** , **Business Analysis** , **Controllership** , **Data Analytics** , and **Finance Specialists** (Internal Audit, Treasury, Investor Relations)
Each 18-month rotation has been carefully designed to help improve financial acumen and business knowledge and build an overall comprehension of Honeywell. With the ability to do these rotations in all our businesses across the United States – it is an opportunity to put academic knowledge into real-world settings within a motivated Fortune 100 company. We look for geographically mobile students for our Automation business or those that have a specific interest in Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ.
**Locations Available:** Charlotte, NC **,** Atlanta, GA, Houston, TX, Rosemont, IL or Phoenix, AZ. The locations provided are subject to change.
The annual salary for this position is $73,300. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or a Master of Accountancy/Finance (not MBA) at an accredited college or university
+ Must have graduated from an accredited college or university between December 20024 and December 2025 and be available to begin full-time work January 2026 for Aerospace or Automation roles.
+ Geographical mobility throughout the Future Finance Leader’s Automation Program, 2 moves required
+ Must be able to participate in an internship, prior to completing current degree program
+ Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
