Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Consultant to join our PeopleSoft ERP team. The ideal candidate will own the business support, and enhancement of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules, such as Billing (BI), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Contracts (CA), General Ledger (GL). Key Responsibilities:

System Support & Maintenance: Provide second-level support for PeopleSoft Financial modules (BI, AR, AP, CA, GL). Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues reported within agreed SLAs. Ensure month-end close timeliness and system availability. Interact with the technical team. Assist in testing patches, updates, and customizations to ensure system functionality. Implementation & Configuration: Collaborate with technical consultants and project teams in implementing PeopleSoft enhancements. Assist in system configuration based on business requirements. Participate in system and integration testing activities. Business Analysis: Work with business users to gather and document requirements for process improvements or new system features. Help translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. Training & Documentation: Assist in preparing user guides, training materials, and system documentation. Support end-user training sessions to ensure effective use of PeopleSoft modules. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the client business processes related with PeopleSoft or any other ERP and applications.

Proactively seek opportunities to develop deeper expertise in ERP systems and financial processes to act as SME and lead for AP, AR CA, and BI.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years in financial processes and knowledge in the below PeopleSoft modules: Accounts Receivables (AR):  Create AR Business Units, Bank Accounts, AR Close, Dunning Letters, Pending Items, Payments, Deposits Billing (BI):  Create BI Business Units, Bill types and sources, Revenue distribution codes, working with bank payments. Accounts Payable (AP): Create AP business units, Payment Terms, Withholding, Ship to locations, 1099. Contracts (CA): Pre-pricing, financial reports reconciliation, contract rate sets, working with the Project Costing module. General Ledger (GL): Close support, journals not posted, financial reporting, reconciliations with AR, allocations. Advanced Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Intermediate SQL knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with the full ERP implementation lifecycle. Advanced SQL or PeopleSoft Query for data extraction and analysis is a plus. PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine debugging is a plus. Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies. Good English written and verbal communication skills. Experience in the Energy & Utilities sector is a plus.
