**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare, verify and organize the information required for the preparation of monthly client reports, management reports and other financial reports.
+ Provides accounting, coordination support and servicing activities to ensure accurate accounting records.
+ Validate and review the funds’ Net Asset Values.
+ Analyzes financial information to ensure adherence to standards which may include any or all of the following: ledgers and preparation of journal entries, investment and real estate accounting, preparation of trial balances or financial statements, account reconciliation or net asset value computation, etc.
+ Support colleagues in their tasks or with any other issues that could arise.
+ Implement and validate changes to accounting procedures and update documentation to ensure operational objectives and standards are met.
+ Use appropriate judgment in dealing with unexpected issues and requests, demonstrating an ability to prioritize work.
+ Conduct trainings to ensure team’s knowledge is aligned and up to date.
+ Participate in monthly/quarterly governance and service call with business unit and internal stakeholders
+ Participates actively in the realization of the team/department objectives.
+ Participate/Lead in projects as assigned to develop and implement new systems and products.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
+ CPA or financial designation is an asset
+ 3-5 years’ relevant work experience in fund accounting, securities instruments, settlements, foreign exchange transactions, reconciliations, and investment accounting.
+ Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation) and must be willing to work on a **day** **shift** schedule
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to set, manage and work to the expectation of business unit and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a group dynamic.
+ Able to work in rotating shift.
+ Experience in using Bloomberg and SimCorp

+ Ability to react quickly and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness
+ Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in working with management and clients, adapting change strategies.
+ Must not have any attendance issues and have not received any disciplinary action
+ Keen attention to detail
