Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Fund Controller. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with business teams to support investment transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing * The Fund Controller will assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including reviewing financial statements and partner reports * Support treasury operations such as cash management, transaction approvals, and fund movements * Coordinate with operations teams to reconcile financial data and servicing reports * Monitor and manage loan facilities, including compliance tracking and payment processing * Calculate investment performance metrics (e.g., IRRs, returns) * Review agreements to ensure financial terms and allocations are accurately applied * The Fund Controller will prepare internal and external financial requests and reports * Understand and support complex fund structures
