The Functions Talent Finance & Business Management Lead will play a critical role in partnering with the Head of Functions Talent & Employee Experience and their leadership team. This position is essential for supporting strategy and transformation around functions talent strategy and driving financial and business management, enabling alignment with organizational goals, and optimizing operational efficiency across the Functions Talent & Employee Experience segment.

Act as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as a key advisor to the leadership team, offering strategic financial and business management insights and recommendations to drive decision-making and align with organizational goals. Collaborate on Key Deliverables: Work closely with the leadership team to manage and deliver key projects, enhancing the operating model with a focus on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), business reviews, cost-benefit analysis, and governance. Lead Workforce Strategy Development: Spearhead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive workforce strategy, including strategic transformation initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness of the HRVMO function. Oversee Financial Performance: Manage financial performance by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, ensuring alignment with financial plans and organizational objectives. Budget Process Management: Lead the annual and monthly budget processes, providing detailed analysis and forecasting insights, including variance commentary, risks, opportunities, and trends. Identify Productivity Initiatives: Identify and implement productivity initiatives, own investment business cases, and provide accurate headcount forecasting to optimize resource allocation. Liaison for Controls and Compliance: Act as the primary liaison for controls functions, managing audit and control requests to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, while providing strategic and transformational insights. Develop Organizational Engagement Strategy: Create and execute an organizational engagement strategy, including the development of town hall content, event planning, and talking points to foster communication and alignment. Establish Reporting Routines: Establish regular reporting routines for the leadership team, collaborating with strategy and execution leads and other business management/EA support to ensure timely and insightful reporting. Partner with Workforce Analytics: Collaborate with Workforce Analytics to lead recruitment demand and capacity planning, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and strategic goals. Oversee Program Management Standards: Oversee project and program management standards, tools, and process improvements, facilitating integrated cross-functional program management and reporting to enhance operational efficiency.Required qualifications, capabilitites, and skills:
Extensive experience in Business Management, Finance, or COO roles. Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
