Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Hire to Retire modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and project management, with the ability to gather requirements, create comprehensive documentation, and effectively engage with business stakeholders. This role requires proficiency in training and onboarding users, as well as transferring knowledge to team members and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct end-to-end implementation of SAP Hire to Retire modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems * Gather, analyze, and document requirements from business stakeholders to create detailed specifications and functional designs * Create clear, comprehensive, and well-structured documentation to support project development and implementation * Engage with business users to understand their needs and provide insights for system improvements and enhancements * Develop and deliver training programs to onboard business users to new processes and systems effectively * Transfer knowledge efficiently and effectively to team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project transitions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones * Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Hire to Retire modules
