**Introduction** In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. **Your role and responsibilities** * Administer the contract with the vendor including compliance to key terms and conditions * Manage vendor relationship, Influence and shape the product roadmap of vendor towards IBM requirements * Owner of GPA - Global Privacy Assessment for the IDCP platform * Perform TPSRM (Third Party Security and Risk Management) assessment, keep it current and drive necessary actions * Manage vendor related financials (budget vs actuals) and take any corrective actions when required **Required technical and professional expertise** * Work with procurement teams and legal teams for key vendor interventions including contracts, purchase orders * Ongoing license management * Review and approve Change Requests for product changes * Manage stakeholder relationships with Geo (Americas), Market, GIC, SL Leaders * Manage stakeholder relations for Practice Templates belonging to Business Applications service line (SAP, Oracle, ED&M) **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Govern the IDCP benefit tracking stream of work * Provide governance support to SOC2 audit process * Oversee the AQL enablement program to equip the AQL team with IDCP proficiency IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
