Essential Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
Support cross-functional program execution, including engineering development and individual project deliveryWork to improve the processes, KPIs, and communication rhythms that a complex fast-paced program like the BWRX-300 requires.Serve as the interface for construction/AE partners, and as the customer interface at mid-executive levelConduct project risk analysis and consolidate project risk registersEnsure performance against all financial metricsServe as the interface for Construction/AE (Project Setup / Oversight / etc.) – For each project having accountabilityOversee the estimates for projects (gate reviews, etc)Promotes the implementation of project plans and project procedures across the larger project teamRecommend and implement improvements in project management processes and proceduresLead the deployment of project infrastructure and project toolsSupport coordination of all activities related to the project; monitor and control progress on project deliverablesEnsure that all project operations are carried out in accordance with the applicable procedures and any applicable customer and statutory requirementsCoordinate & chair regular project meetings with customer teams, internal team, and/or supplier teams; prepares supporting materials for such project meetingsEscalate issues to the Operations leader when requiredRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge/experienceAt least 10 years of experience in Nuclear programs or operationsAt least 10 years of project management experience on large power EPC projects (design, construction, commissioning)Eligibility Requirements:

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 10/10/2025.
