Led by our purpose of building trust and solving important problems, we come together at PwC to address the biggest issues facing the world in a way that drives positive impact. Are you eager to join a team fueled by open and curious minds, who are passionate about their work and create new solutions for a new day? Then you’re at the right place.

Bring your talent. Learn new skills. Make a positive impact.

PwC Advisory is a network of multiple possibilities - where you want to make an impact is always up to you. Under the expert stewardship of our Advisory experts, you’ll delve into the inner workings of companies to find the best solutions for any challenge they might have. From the excitement of deals to the complexities of consulting and the fascinating realm of risks and threats in forensics, you’ll help clients nurture trust and maintain their evolutionary edge, today and into the future. Now that’s making a difference.

We are looking for an experienced Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) Consultant with 5–7+ years of experience, preferably in a consulting environment. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable and value-driven D365 SCM solutions.

Your impact

As a Functional Microsoft D365 SCM Consultant, you’ll make an impact by:

Leading and contributing to the functional design, configuration, and implementation of D365 Supply Chain Management modules, including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production, Master Planning, and Logistics.

Analyzing business processes and requirements, identifying gaps, and translating them into functional designs, user stories, and solution blueprints.

Leading and facilitating workshops with key users and stakeholders (fit/gap, process design, validation, and training sessions).

Advising clients on best practices and standard D365 functionality, ensuring minimal customization and future-proof solutions.

Collaborating closely with technical consultants and developers to ensure correct implementation of functional requirements.

Supporting testing activities (SIT, UAT), including test scenario definition, execution support, and issue resolution.

Providing end-user training, documentation, and change support to ensure successful adoption.

Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, contributing to continuous improvement, roadmap definition, and optimization initiatives.

Supporting pre-sales activities where needed, including solution demos, estimations, and proposal input.

About you

You have 5–7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (or AX 2012 / Dynamics AX).

You have strong functional knowledge of one or more SCM domains: procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, planning, or logistics.

Consulting experience is strongly preferred.

You have proven experience in leading workshops and interacting with senior stakeholders.

You have experience working in end-to-end ERP implementations, from analysis through go-live and post-go-live support.

You obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Microsoft D365 certifications are a strong asset.

You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

You are able to translate complex business requirements into clear functional solutions.

You are a team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership.

You have strong facilitation skills; comfortable leading workshops and steering discussions.

You are structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.

You are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
