**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 10 to 14 years of experience in Business Analysis & Planning Data Modelling and AWS IoT. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Production Planning & Control Manufacturing Operations and Process Manufacturing Industry. This hybrid role requires occasional travel and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our manufacturing processes. **Responsibilities** + Lead the analysis and planning of business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity in manufacturing operations. + Oversee data modelling activities to ensure accurate and effective data representation for decision-making. + Provide domain expertise in Production Planning & Control to optimize manufacturing workflows. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AWS IoT solutions into existing manufacturing systems. + Manage test and defect management processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. + Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing operations to identify areas for improvement. + Develop strategic plans to enhance process manufacturing industry operations. + Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align business objectives with technical solutions. + Implement best practices in data management to support business analysis and planning. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all manufacturing processes. + Drive innovation by leveraging domain knowledge in Industrial Manufacturing. + Support the development of new manufacturing strategies to improve operational efficiency. + Monitor and report on project progress to ensure timely delivery of solutions. **Qualifications** + Documenting the Epics - Features - Stories. + Hands on experience working in Agile - Experience with tools such as Jira Azure DevOps + Possess strong skills in Business Analysis & Planning Data Modelling and AWS IoT. + Demonstrate expertise in Production Planning & Control and Manufacturing Operations. + Have a deep understanding of the Process Manufacturing Industry. + Experience in Industrial Manufacturing is a plus. + Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with occasional travel. + Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams. **Certifications Required** Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
