Fully Remote Nurse Practitioners
Insight Global
Job Description
We are seeking Board-Certified Nurse Practitioners to provide telehealth wellness visits that identify care gaps, support preventive care, and address patient health concerns. NPs in this program will not serve as the patients new primary care provider, but instead act as a
bridge-to-care, ensuring patients are guided back into the healthcare system with the appropriate next steps. Each visit is scheduled for 1 hour, beginning with a 20 to 30 minute intake conducted by a Medical Assistant (MA), followed by a 30 to 40 minute NP-led visit where clinical assessments, counseling, and care planning are completed.
We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment opportunities without regard to race, religion, sex, age, marital status, national origin, sexual orientation, citizenship status, disability, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
