Skills and Requirements 5–8 years of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot Strong understanding of microservices architecture Solid knowledge of backend design patterns (MVC, service-oriented design) Ability to understand system designs and translate them into working solutions Comfortable participating in architectural and technical discussions Experience working in a full-stack team environment, even if primarily backend-focused Retail experience
