We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Developer (Python)  to join our team. This role focuses on the design and development of high-quality web applications using Python, React, and PostgreSQL, working REMOTELY from anywhere in LATAM. Requirements + 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. + Proven experience developing backend applications using Python. + Solid experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. + Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL. + Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. + Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows. + Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment. + Strong communication and collaboration skills. + Good written and verbal communication skills in English.   Desired Skills + Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications using the .NET framework and related technologies. + Knowledge of or interest in working with Temporal.io Main Activities + Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. + Build intuitive, responsive UIs using React. + Develop and maintain backend services and APIs in Python. + Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and reliability. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. + Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance. + Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. + Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement. Education + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
