**Responsibilities:** + Provide expertise to identify and translate system requirement into software design artifacts + Work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges at appropriate time to address project delivery risks + Follow industry wide best practices to minimize technical debt of software deliverables + Monitor and control all phases of development proces + Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems, provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement + Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes **What we’ll need from you:** + 5 years of previous experience (preferably in Financial Service industry) + Previous experience with Java and/or Angular + Nice to have: previous experience with Spring, Kafka and MongoDB + Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications + Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods + Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills + Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, document specs, and possess strong communication skills **What we can offer you:** This is a role that'll offer you the opportunity to shape regulatory platform technology within global private banking area and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders around the globe.
