We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer skilled in both front-end and back-end development, with experience building and integrating services and APIs. You’ll work with React and C#/.NET to design robust, scalable applications across the stack. What you'll do: * Design application and technical architecture components based on business process requirements * Configure, build, and test full-stack solutions using modern technologies * Collaborate with developers, designers, and architects to ensure technical components meet requirements and performance targets * Execute project delivery steps using defined methodologies * Track, resolve, and report issues and risks that impact deliverables * Support transitions to QA teams and address defects or performance issues found during testing * Participate in quality management reviews to ensure all deliverables align with application requirements * Join peer reviews and walkthroughs for technical validation * Write and maintain technical and user-facing documentation * Provide support for deployed applications when necessary * Manage deadlines, report progress, and coordinate with offshore resources * Stay current with industry trends through technical reading, collaboration, and training Skills and Experiences: * Fluent English listening/conversation — Required * .NET (6.0, 7.0, 8.0), SQL Server, Azure Components — Advanced to Expert * React / HTML5 / CSS3 — Intermediate * Azure DevOps / Terraform — Recommended * Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and data management About You: Characteristics that demonstrate success for this role: Exceptional communication Conflict resolution, and decision-making skills in fast-paced, Multicultural environments.
