These positions require a high level of patience, and ability to de-escalate situations in a calm and professional manner. Prior security experience is highly preferred but not required. 

What Your Day May Look Like:

Patrols assigned site on foot or in vehicle.Check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, and unauthorized persons.

Write detailed incident reports on unauthorized entries, suspicious activity, emergency situations, and any other observed issues. 

Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Position Requirements:

18 years of age or older. High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.Standard computer / technology skills needed.Customer service experience preferred.Security, Law Enforcement, OR Military experience a plus!!Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!!Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. 

Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., cell phone).

Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).

Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.

CPR, AED, and First aid certifications are a plus but are not needed for every site.
