Primary responsibility is to complete OASIS Reviews, Coding for all payers and to maintain high quality outcomes for the organization.
Position is exempt 40 hours per week
What you will need:
Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science, Master’s degree or Clinical Doctorate of physical therapy degreeCurrent NYS PT license and registrationCertified in COS-C OASIS and Coding Certified. 3-5 years of clinical experience with supervisory experience preferredEddy VNA provides a comprehensive orientation program and a supportive work environment including in-depth computer training, assistance obtaining insurance authorizations, support only a phone call away, and more.

Pay Range: $41.00 - $52.00 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
