Full-Time Physical Therapist (Adult & Pediatric Home Health)
Salary: $95,000 annually + $5,000 retention bonus Productivity: 28 visits per week (SOC, Recert, Evals, Routine Visits) We are a home health agency deeply committed to quality patient care, flexibility, and therapist autonomy. This position is ideal for therapists who value independence, flexible scheduling, and putting patients first.   Schedule Requirements * Must be available for AM, PM, and evening visits * Evening availability is required to accommodate after-school pediatric patients * Service area includes Edinburg and surrounding communities   Position Overview The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and agency standards.
