The role offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, allowing you to be part of a dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities + Perform patient triage and manage electronic health records accurately. + Provide patient care and education to ensure optimal health outcomes. + Assist with medical terminology and procedures, maintaining a supportive environment. + Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. + Demonstrate honesty and confidence in your skills, addressing issues proactively. + Maintain a positive attitude and reliability in daily operations. Essential Skills + Medical Assistant Diploma + CMA/RMA certification is highly preferred + Experience with electronic medical records, specifically Epic is a plus + Proficiency in triage and medical terminology + Strong patient care and education skills + Ability to work well within a healthcare team Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1+ years of experience in a medical office setting + 1+ years of experience in triaging + Epic experience preferred Work Environment Join a busy Primary Care Office with multiple providers, operating Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
