We are looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice Manager position in the Hospice Home Care setting. The pay and benefits for this Hospice Clinical Supervisor position are very generous. To qualify, the Registered Nurse must have at least 2 years of current or very recent experience in home hospice or health health. Hospice management experience is a definite plus. The Hospice Manager assumes the authority, responsibility and accountability for directing the home care and/or hospice programs under the supervision of the Clinical Manager and as back up to the Clinical Manager in their absence. The Hospice Clinical Supervisor actively participates in the management of clinical aspects and quality assurance of the home care and hospice programs, and the selection, supervision and optimal utilization of qualified personnel. The Hospice Clinical Supervisor implements policies and procedures and facilitates clinical management of patients. The RN Hospice Manager participates in patient care assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation as well as participates in licensing surveys and reviews. The Registered Nurse must know the hospice at home rules and regulations pretty well to qualify for this position. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HOSPICE CLINICAL SUPERVISOR POSITION: The Registered Nurse must have at least 2 years of current or very recent experience in home hospice or health health.
