Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Active Physical Therapy license in West Virginia
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions)
Comfortable with driving between patient homes (expect 20–40 minutes of travel at times)
