2. Adequately use (or be willing to learn) digital technology for instruction in a variety of settings
3. Demonstrate positive interpersonal relations with students, faculty, and college officials
4. Three (3) years experience working in the nursing field Preferred Experience and Training 1. Demonstrate proficiency in all areas of nursing specialties
2. Specialty certification/credentialing in at least one specialty
3. Experience teaching in a professional nursing program Physical Requirements • Demonstrate immunity per agreements with clinical affiliates
• Must be able to meet the following physical demands; bending, walking, standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and handling equipment, supplies or patients exceeding 25 pounds.
• Must be able to lift 25 to 35 pounds without restrictions
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Alertness at all times while performing duties on campus or in the clinical setting Required Degree, License or Certifications 1. Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Texas
2. Master’s or terminal degree in Nursing (preferred)
3. This is a 9-month, benefits-eligible position. Blinn College pays 100% of health insurance for full-time employees, 50% for dependents, and two times your annual salary in life insurance benefits.
