We are seeking a skilled Full Stack React Developer with a strong focus on front-end development using React.js and a solid understanding of backend technologies. The ideal candidate has experience building maintainable and well-organized React components, implementing unit testing, and working with modern development workflows. Familiarity with Python-based backends (such as Django or Flask) is a strong plus. **What You Will Do:** + Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and well-structured React components. + Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver seamless, full-stack solutions. + Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices. + Implement and maintain unit tests for frontend components. + Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. + Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and team knowledge sharing. **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience. + Strong experience with ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. + Experience with full stack development; knowledge of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integrations. + Familiarity with Python backends (Django, Flask, or FastAPI preferred). + Azure experience is a plus (App Services, Azure DevOps, Storage, etc.). + Understanding of UI/UX design principles. + Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Sellenium, Jest, React Testing Library). + Good understanding of code versioning tools like Git and modern CI/CD practices. **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Familiarity with Power BI or embedding visual dashboards into apps. + Knowledge of Python, PySpark, MLFlow, or Databricks (understanding how frontend connects to data services is helpful). + Experience working with SQL Server, Data Warehouses, or Common Data Models (CDM). + Experience in government/enterprise environments requiring ATO (Authority to Operate) or compliance frameworks. **Learn More and Apply:** What is my role type? This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
