Job Description As a Senior Full-Stack Developer on an AI-focused team, you will architect and build scalable applications using TypeScript, React, Python, and Django. You will split your time evenly between front-end and back-end development. You’ll be responsible for modernizing and maintaining legacy systems while also contributing to new product initiatives. You will design and implement AI-powered features using tools like OpenAI, Azure AI, and vector embeddings. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and data scientists will be a regular part of your workflow. You’ll mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices across the team. Skills and Requirements 10+ years of professional software development experience Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Python Strong experience with Docker and SQL (Postgres) Familiarity with Django and scalable backend architecture Experience with AI/ML technologies, including embedding models and API integrations Solid understanding of functional programming principles Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Proactive and independent problem-solving mindset Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Passion for clean code, continuous learning, and emerging technologies Ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate • Background in financial services, retail, or marketing industries  • Hands-on experience with AI projects, such as prototyping AI API interactions or building intelligent user experiences  • Active GitHub profile showcasing personal or open-source projects Experience working in agile environments and contributing to product-driven development
