**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced **Full Stack Developer** eager to work on modern, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate has strong skills in both backend and frontend development, with the ability to deliver clean, maintainable code and a passion for using the latest technologies—including AI-powered tools—to enhance productivity. **Responsibilities:** + Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications end-to-end. + Implement and optimize REST APIs and backend systems using frameworks such as **Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask)** or comparable technologies. + Build engaging, responsive, and modern front-ends using frameworks such as **Angular** , React, or Vue.js. + Employ AI tools (e.g., code generation, code review, automated documentation) to enhance development velocity and code quality. + Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives). + Write well-documented, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. + Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications. + Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback. + Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI productivity tools. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent practical experience. + **2+ years** of professional full stack development experience. + Proficiency in at least one major backend programming language (e.g., **Python** —Django, FastAPI, or Flask recommended). + Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., **Angular** , React, or Vue.js). + Demonstrated experience utilizing **AI tools for software development** (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI-driven code assistants, auto-documentation tools, etc.). + Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript. + Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). + Experience working with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Team player with strong collaboration abilities. **Location:** Brno, Czech Republic **Working time:** EMEA **Flexible Work Schedule:** 3 days per week remote **Salary range:** from 68 600 CZK to 103 000 CZK gross a month.
