Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer eager to work on modern, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate has strong skills in both backend and frontend development, with the ability to deliver clean, maintainable code and a passion for using the latest technologies—including AI-powered tools—to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications end-to-end.

Implement and optimize REST APIs and backend systems using frameworks such as Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask) or comparable technologies.

Build engaging, responsive, and modern front-ends using frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.

Employ AI tools (e.g., code generation, code review, automated documentation) to enhance development velocity and code quality.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).

Write well-documented, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications.

Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI productivity tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.

2+ years of professional full stack development experience.

Proficiency in at least one major backend programming language (e.g., Python—Django, FastAPI, or Flask recommended).

Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).

Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools for software development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI-driven code assistants, auto-documentation tools, etc.).

Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.

Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Experience working with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Team player with strong collaboration abilities.

Flexible Work Schedule: 3 days per week remote

Salary range: from 68 600 CZK to 103 000 CZK gross a month. The actual salary is based on skills, experience and knowledge.
