You’ll contribute to initiatives in:
+ Decentralized clinical services and virtual site enablement
+ Advanced patient recruitment strategies
+ AI-powered data collection and federated learning
+ Network partnerships and secondary data linkage
**Role Overview**
As a Software Engineer in DSAE, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining applications that support our RWE technology stack. You’ll work across functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software that powers clinical research innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain software applications from detailed specifications
+ Design, code, test, debug, and document programs for data manipulation and system integration
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system errors
+ Contribute to infrastructure improvements and development best practices
+ Guide engineering quality through code reviews, source control, and unit testing
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 5+ years in systems analysis or application programming
+ Strong programming skills with experience in modern languages and frameworks
+ Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems
+ Madcap Flare documentation software (preferred)
+ Familiarity with healthcare data, EMR systems, or clinical research technologies is a plus
