About Parameta Solutions

Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.

Role Overview
We’re seeking a capable and motivated Full-Stack Developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to contribute to the design and development of modern, scalable applications. You will work across the full software lifecycle—designing, building, and iterating on both internal tooling and client-facing solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements, and is proactive in delivering reliable, elegant solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to shape impactful products and contribute to our technical direction, while working alongside experienced engineers, designers, and product managers.

Our key technologies, and you don’t need experience with all of these - we value adaptable developers eager to learn include:

Frontend: React, TypeScript, tRPC, OpenAPI + Codegen, Nx

Backend: Node.js, Java, Spring, Hibernate

Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Terraform, Lambda, Aurora, Kubernetes

Data: Snowflake, Postgres, Airflow

Auth & Design: Okta + OIDC, Figma

Tooling: GitLab, CI/CD pipelines

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces, from wireframes through to implementation

Own projects end-to-end—from idea to deployment and post-release improvement

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the stack

Contribute to automated testing at all levels, including unit, integration, and end-to-end

Engage in backend development where needed, ideally with or open to learning Java/Spring/Hibernate

Apply strong database design principles, and contribute to data modelling best practices

Enhance and maintain CI/CD workflows to support rapid, reliable releases

Actively contribute to shared documentation and internal standards

Follow engineering governance, including compliance with security policies and operational risk procedures

Experience / Competencies

Essential

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience

Solid experience as a developer, working with React, TypeScript, and Node.js

Ability to write robust, production-ready code, with attention to performance and maintainability

Demonstrated experience owning or leading delivery of software features or projects

A collaborative approach to solving problems and working across teams

Desired

Interest in or experience building modern web applications

Exposure to or familiarity with Java, Spring, and Hibernate

Willingness to learn new tools and languages as our tech stack evolves

Interest in or experience with cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

A continuous improvement mindset, especially around automation, performance, and delivery processes
