We are currently searching for a Medior (3–5 years) Full Stack .NET Developer to be based in Brussels, Belgium and work in a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Occasional travels to the Anderlecht office may be required.
Job Description:
The Company’s Digital department is actively looking for a Medior (3–5 years) Full Stack .NET Developer with analytical background and good communication capabilities to support different projects and services in the “General Applications” cluster.
This role involves collaborating closely with functional analysts and product owners to ensure an optimal match between business needs and technical implementations.
Main Activities: Incrementally develop .NET business applications. Collaborate with analysts to define and implement pragmatic and sustainable solutions. Develop quality, documented, and testable software components. Propose architectural options while respecting existing systems. Participate in code reviews and ensure continuous improvement. Conduct unit testing and support integration and user acceptance tests. Provide level 3 support on production systems and investigate issues when needed. Experience & Expertise: Minimum 3-5 years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in one or more environments such as: .NET / C# (.Net Core & .Net Framework) Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / F&O) Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) Azure DevOps (CI/CD) SharePoint Web APIs SQL Experience in DevOps and Agile contexts (Scrum, Kanban). Affinity with other technical stack & tools used by the team (presented in order of importance): Blazor Web framework Angular Visual Studio GIT UML modeling tools (e.g., Sparx EA is added value) Programming Design Patterns (is an added value) Entity Framework (is an added value) Personal Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to see the big picture. Autonomy, thoroughness, and initiative. Team player: being flexible to help the team achieve its goals. Ability to constructively challenge business needs. Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders (analysts, PMs, QA, users). Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Communication Skills: Ability to fluently communicate in English (Must – spoken and written). Understanding of French and Dutch (desirable). The next step
