We’re seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a flexible home health position serving adult and geriatric patients. This is a highly flexible role where you’ll schedule directly with your patients — giving you the freedom to set your own start and end times and balance your work around personal appointments or events. No home health experience required! New grads are welcome, as long as you hold your CCC.

Provide speech therapy visits to adult and geriatric patients in their homes

Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with Medicare guidelines

Coordinate patient care plans independently

Requirements:

Active SLP-CCC license in the state of MD

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Speech Language Pathology

Any experience level welcome — new grads encouraged to apply

U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions)
